I offer convenient online scheduling for new and established patients. Please select the appointment type that best fits your needs. New patient intakes are available for adults and children/adolescents, and follow-up appointments are designed for ongoing medication management and care. FOR IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS AT THE WATERTOWN, CT LOCATION: The address is 27 Siemon Company Drive, Suite 117W, Watertown, CT 06795. 

When you arrive, go through the main entrance. Turn left at the elevator and walk almost to the end of the hallway. On your left, you’ll see a door marked “Suites 115W–122W.” Enter through that door, take a right at the end of that short hallway— and my office is the last door on the left.

If the door is closed, please wait in the seating area. I’ll come out to get you as soon as I’m available.
