Appointments are private - one-to-one movement session designed to help you move with greater confidence, strength, and awareness.
Led by Leanne Lefferts, NCPT, each session is individualized to your needs and may incorporate movement assessment, neurosensory training, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and personalized movement strategies. Whether you are transitioning from physical therapy, returning to exercise, managing chronic tension, or simply seeking a more intentional approach to movement, sessions are tailored to meet you where you are.
This is not a fitness class. It is a guided movement practice focused on helping you better understand your body, improve movement quality, and build resilience for the demands of everyday life.
