We accept Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Oscar Health. The price for self pay is $350.00 for 90 minutes. Follow up appointments are $175.00 for 30 minutes.
Hormone Replacement Therapy is self pay only. The cost for a new patient appointment is $250.00 for 45 minutes. The cost for a follow up appointment is $150.00 for 20 minutes. Your card will not be charged until the time of your appointment.
This appointment is for a psychotherapist consultation with a PMHNP regarding a shared patient's care. It is not a consultation for individual psychiatric services. If you are a patient seeking care, please select a New Patient Appointment instead.
