6-Month Refill Appointment: Testosterone Follow-Up
For established patients only who have completed an initial membership and are continuing testosterone therapy. This 30-minute follow-up is required every 6 months for ongoing refills. Testosterone labs must be completed 2 weeks before your appointment so we can review results and discuss your care plan. Please schedule with enough lead time to complete labs before your visit.

Yearly Refill Appointment
For established patients only who have completed an initial membership and are stable on medications other than testosterone. This 30-minute follow-up is for yearly medication review, care plan updates, and ongoing refills. This appointment is intended for patients who do not need more frequent support through a membership.

All new patient appointment types are available virtually or in person, allowing you to choose the format and level of support that best fits your needs. Please pay attention to which option you select. 
If you select a consult, your consult cost will be applied to your membership should you chose to continue care.
