We now offer phlebotomy lab services in our Okemos location. Have specific labs you want to order but prefer not to use insurance? This is a great way to obtain specialized labs without spending time and money going to your primary care provider. It is simple. We connect with you to discuss which tests you want, place the order, and draw your labs right in our office. Pay a low out of pocket cost and avoid the long waits at bigger labs. Most tests come back in 1-2 days. Prices vary.
Choose from the following injections: Methyl B-12 Tri-Immune L-Carnitine (if available) Vitamin D NAD+ (if available) Wellness Trifecta (if available)
We recommend 50,000iu injection of Vitamin D weekly for 8 weeks with follow up labs at 9-12 weeks. We require a copy of recent labs (within last 3 months) indicating a vitamin D deficiency in order to receive weekly injections. If labs are required, they can be drawn in our office for an additional $50 fee. and can be booked under the Lab Testing section. We can complete the first injection prior to lab results.
Semaglutide & Tirzepatide are once weekly injectable medications for adults with BMI≥ 30 or ≥ 27 with weight related medical problems. Those with lower BMI with excess adipose tissue that does not respond to diet/exercise alone may also benefit.
