Welcome to ANYASolutions!
PRICING: Prices shown are our standard cash-pay rates for self-pay patients. Insurance may be billed for medically necessary services (for example, pre-surgical electrolysis for gender-affirming care). If you plan to use insurance, book the Electrolysis Consultation marked "(For Those Using Insurance)" - Step 1. We verify your coverage before treatment begins. After your consultation, book your treatment sessions as normal - there is no separate insurance version to choose.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE: Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your appointment. We provide a personalized GFE at your initial consultation, and you can request one anytime by emailing [email protected].
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that final charges may vary based on the services actually performed at your visit.
About Electrolysis
Electrolysis is a clinically recognized method of permanent hair removal that uses targeted electrical energy to destroy the hair follicle at the root, and it works for all hair types, colors, skin tones, and areas of the body. It's used for cosmetic hair removal as well as medically necessary treatment plans, including gender-affirming care and pre-surgical prep, and may be covered by insurance when medically necessary. Because of natural hair growth cycles, multiple sessions at regular intervals are typically needed for full results. Mild discomfort, redness, or swelling after treatment is common, and topical or injectable numbing is available for an added charge.
Consultation Required Before Treatment
A consultation is required before any electrolysis treatment session can be scheduled. Insurance clients complete two consultation steps — an initial session and a follow-up — to confirm the treatment plan before their first treatment. Self-pay clients complete a single consultation. Standalone treatment sessions (10–120 minutes) are for returning patients who have already completed this required consultation.
Before Your Appointment
Please make sure all required paperwork and pre-appointment tasks are completed and up to date before your visit.
New Patient vs. Established Patient
A New Patient visit applies if you have not received professional services from this provider or practice group in the past 3 years. An Established Patient visit applies if you have received care from the same provider in that time. This distinction determines which office-visit type applies at booking.
Annual and Routine Physical Visits
Routine visits are for annual physicals or check-ups — not for addressing a specific illness or complaint — and include a comprehensive history, examination, counseling/anticipatory guidance, and risk-factor reduction. Available lengths and pricing vary by age range (18–39, 40–64, 65+) and by new vs. established patient status.
