We're so glad you're here. Booking online is the easiest way to schedule your next visit with Amber. Please read the information below before selecting your appointment — it will help make sure you're booking the right service and that your visit goes smoothly.

Before You Book

• All appointments are with Amber Luna, FNP-C — board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Vibrance MedSpa is a cash-pay practice. We do not accept insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS, Tricare, or any government-sponsored healthcare program. Payment is due at time of service.
• New patients must be 18 years of age or older. We are unable to see patients under 18.
• If you are a new medical patient (hormone therapy, weight management, pellet therapy, or wellness optimization), please book an Initial Comprehensive Wellness Consultation first. Do not book a follow-up or procedure appointment before completing an initial consult.
• For hormone pellet insertion, current lab work is required before your insertion appointment. If you have not had labs reviewed by Amber, please book an Initial Consultation first.

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• A $50 deposit is collected at the time of booking and applied toward your visit. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows.
• To reschedule, please call or text us at 928-368-3361 or log into your patient portal.
