Once we have confirmed your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a additional details. Please be aware that labs are required prior to starting certain membership plans in order to provide the most  efficient care. If you are insured, you will be required to a a co-pay prior to any rending services. Please contact us with any additional issues or concerns.

Please be advised that unless you are enrolled in a membership plan, you are to book the "Patient Drop-In" visit. If you are a returning customer with no membership, you are to book the "Established Patient" visit. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us via the contact portal. Looking forward to working with you!! Please allow up to 48 hours to provide you with your individualized wellness plan, as we do put in a lot of time and effort into each patient enrolled. For cash paying individuals a superbill will be provided for individuals who are interested in submitting the bill to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are not responsible for the submission of claims, unless we accept your insurance plan. When booking appointments please be advised that you are agreeing to pay a $50 deposit fee for all cancellations made after the 24-hour mark, which will be billed to the credit card on file. If payment is returned, we will allow you up to 30 days to pay the required amount before sending it through collections, unless discussed with the provider. 

We have categorized each service that is offered. If you have any questions or concerns about services that are offered or services that you are interested in obtaining but are not found on the site, please reach out to us via email. These are the following steps to booking an appointment.

1. Step 1: Click on "Online Booking"
2. Step two: Find the services that meets your needs
3. Step three: Click the "Select" button.
4. Step four: Choose the service and select "Proceed" 
5. Step five: Click the available time and complete the registration form
6. Step six: Wait for your confirmation email

You should see a comment section where you would include whether you are requesting in-person or virtual visits. If it is not determined at the time of your booking a staff of "Healing Hearts Wellness Center" will reach out prior to the appointment. 

Acceptable insures includes AmeriHealth Caritas, Healthy Blue, WellCare of NC, Carolina Complete Health, First Health, Alliance Health, Humana.
