Medical services require a yearly Good Faith Exam (GFE) Health Screening before treatment. This includes services like IV therapy, injections, ozone therapy, laser treatments, microneedling, and injectables. Massage, waxing, lash/brow services, and basic facials typically do not require a GFE.

If you’re new to vIVid, have not completed a GFE within the last year, or are unsure whether your service requires one, please text us at 715-598-4414 to schedule your GFE when booking.
