Direct Access to provider 24/7 via phone/text/patient portal
Patients are given Jessica's personal Cellphone and email to facilitate open patient-provider communication
Scheduled Primary Care Office visits (60 minutes or 30 minutes depending on complexity)
Office visits can be scheduled as often as needed to assist our members achieve their health goals
Annual Head to Toe Physical Exam
A thorough annual exam is critical to uncovering issues before they become health problems. Prevention is always our goal.
Urgent/Sick Visits Members enjoy SAME DAY or Next Weekday appointments!
Because we limit the number of DPC patients in our practice, we have time built into our schedule to accommodate same day appointments if notified by 12 noon.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT Due to our relationship with wholesale pharmacies, many common generic medications can be offered at wholesale pricing.
Wholesale lab pricing and in house lab draws (lab draw fee $75 not included)
When prescribing, we always keep affordability in mind.
Management of chronic Medical Conditions Many common conditions require frequent monitoring to prevent worsening, exacerbations that lead to hospitalization and further disability.
School/Sport Physicals We will be more than happy to complete school, sport or employment physicals!
Other minor office procedures Included: Minor Laceration Repair Incision and Drainage of Abscess Fishhook removal Strep/Flu/Covid Testing Cerumen (ear wax) Removal Nebulizer Treatments Wound Care/Wound Monitoring Urine Pregnancy Test ALL of this for a low monthly age based membership fee! A ONE TIME enrollment fee of $150 is required.
We are pleased to offer on site Specialty Lab Testing! We coordinate with Access Medical Labs, Diagnostic Solutions, Doctors Data and many others to offer our patients advanced lab testing that is normally not available in the traditional medical setting. The cost associated also includes custom a lab review with our provider. Please note there is a $75 lab draw fee in addition to the cost of the lab orderd.
