WeCare Primary Care is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance. Please choose the visit type that best fits your needs (Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Functional Medicine). Laboratory testing, imaging, procedures, and functional medicine services may incur additional costs. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Functional Medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying factors contributing to symptoms, rather than only managing them. This approach looks at how different systems in the body such as digestion, hormones, metabolism, immune function, and the nervous system work together to influence overall health.
Visits may include a detailed review of health history, lifestyle factors, nutrition, and targeted testing when appropriate. Care plans are individualized and may include lifestyle and nutrition guidance, supplements, and medications when clinically indicated.
Functional Medicine is ideal for patients seeking a deeper understanding of their health, ongoing support for chronic concerns, or a more personalized approach to care.
Direct Primary Care provides ongoing, relationship-based primary care through a simple monthly membership. This model allows for longer visits, easier access to your provider, and care that focuses on prevention, continuity, and overall health.
DPC may include preventive care, chronic condition management, acute concerns, medication management, and coordination of care when needed. Because care is membership-based and insurance is not billed, visits are focused on what’s best for the patient—not time limits or billing codes.
Direct Primary Care is ideal for individuals and families looking for consistent, accessible primary care with a more personal approach.
Urgent Care visits are designed for acute, non-emergency health concerns that need timely evaluation and treatment. This includes sudden illnesses, infections, minor injuries, symptom flare-ups, or concerns that can’t wait for a routine appointment.
Visits focus on assessing the issue, providing appropriate treatment, and outlining next steps for care. When needed, medications may be prescribed and short-term follow-up may be recommended. Urgent Care visits are not intended for ongoing management of chronic conditions or complex health concerns.
For medical emergencies such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe symptoms, or signs of stroke, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
