Before Booking Your Appointment:

• Virtual Visits: All consultations are conducted through secure telemedicine. You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your appointment.

• Scheduling: New patients should select Initial Consultation. Established patients may select Follow-Up Visit.

• Payment: Mareva Care is a self-pay practice. A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment.

• Additional Costs: Prescription medications, laboratory tests, and diagnostic services are billed separately.

• Prescriptions: Treatment and prescriptions are provided only when clinically appropriate following a medical evaluation. Booking does not guarantee a prescription.
   

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a $50 fee.

After Booking: You'll receive a confirmation with instructions to access your secure patient portal and complete your registration and intake forms before your visit.
