A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all booked appointments. This is credited to your total bill unless you no show, cancel less than 24 hours or are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. Any appointments for vitamin injections are no deposit but a credit and debit card is still required for all appointments. The cancelation policy is still in place however you will be charged the cost of the injection, for example, B12 injection $15. All consultations are $50.

If no service is done the day of your appointment the $50 will stay on your account as a credit for your next service. All prepaid services and packages expire after 1 year.
