During this tele-health evaluation, our goal is to provide an objective, comprehensive, and evidence-based medical evaluation to determine whether your current medical or mental health condition is at least as likely as not related to your military service or to an already service-connected disability.

A nexus letter is an independent medical opinion based upon your history, physical or mental examination, military records, civilian medical records, diagnostic studies, accepted medical principles, and current evidence-based medical literature. 

Important: A nexus letter is not guaranteed and will only be written if, in the provider's independent medical judgment, the available evidence supports such an opinion. The consultation fee covers the providers time during consultation and is non-refundable.
