This free 10-minute clarity call is the first step in becoming a patient at Restorative Health and Wellness. This call is designed to evaluate your current symptoms, health goals, and determine if ?Restorative Health and Wellness is the best fit for you.

Medicare (Humana) eligible or Soonercare (Medicaid) patients please contact the clinic before booking.

This 15-minute telehealth intake visit is the second step in becoming a patient at Restorative Health and Wellness. This call is structured and designed to evaluate your current symptoms, health goals, and concludes with a personalized lab panel order placed by Rebekah.

Step 1: Clarity Call
Step 2: 15-minute intake visit
Step 3: Lab Panel or functional testing (DUTCH, gut test) ordered.
Step 4: You receive a confirmation email & text that your testing has been ordered and the directions for completion.
Step 5: Lab results are posted and you receive a text to book your 60-minute intake visit (at the clinic or via telemed)

For current Restorative Health and Wellness patients who have been medically cleared to continue care on a per-visit basis rather than a membership.

We apply a $75 Mobile IV convenience fee to each formulation. If there are 2+ people in your party, this fee will be credited toward your treatment.

Patient must be located within 30 minutes of the clinic. Subject to staff availability.
