Thank you for choosing us for your psychiatric mental health needs. You are making the right choice. For Telehealth, we can only see patients who reside in Virginia. If you don't see an available time, please call the office and we may be able to schedule you sooner or place you on a waitlist.

For NEW Patients, we require a screening form or primary care referral. Please choose NEW Patient Screening Form where you will speak with a nurse on the phone and fill out the form together, or you can fill out the paperwork using the link in the email when you request the new patient referral appointment and the nurse can book a new patient appointment for you during your phone call for the new patient referral appointment pending approval which will be given during the phone appointment.

After you book online, you will get a confirmation email with further instructions. (You might need to check your spam folder)!

For returning patients, you must choose the provider you have been seeing.

Please confirm your insurance eligibility before booking. If you are unsure, please email us at [email protected] and we can check for you. We also need you to send us a picture of your ID and insurance card (front and back). Please send an email or text us the pictures to 276-247-9669.

If you are TRICARE: only Laura Carmickle APRN can see you.

We do not accept UHC DUAL Plans.
