1. Once you book, you'll complete a short set of secure intake and consent forms through our patient portal.
2. Once Rebekah reviews your forms, your customized lab and testing orders will be placed.
3. You will receive an email confirmation when your lab panel is ordered.
4. When all of your labs have been processed, you will be contacted to book your 60-90 minute intake visit. Labs process within 2-4 weeks, on average.
5. During your intake visit you will receive your results, personalized supplement protocol, and suggested treatment plan (if medically indicated)

Please plan for a 60 minute intake visit with the Foundation consult and a 90 minute intake visit with the Precision consult.

1. For current patients who have been medically cleared to continue care on a per-visit basis rather than a membership.
2. Payment is due at the time of service; we do not bill insurance. Medicare-eligible patients: please call the office before booking.

Provider-directed IV therapy from our A la Carte menu tailored to your individual needs. Every infusion begins with a clinical evaluation and a personalized order from our nurse practitioner — so what you receive is matched to you, not chosen from a menu. Payment due at time of service.

Each infusion still includes clinical evaluation and a provider order — membership sets your access and rate, not the formulation, which is always matched to you. This quick 15 minute appointment is for a blood draw only, not a consultation. Please follow the fasting instructions provided.
If you are on a hormone cream, please hold it for 24 hours prior to the lab draw.
If you are prescribed injectable hormones, please hold them for 5-7 days. If you inject in divided doses, please hold for 3 days.

30 minute in-person follow-up visit for 12 Week Kickstart patients, 6 Month Repair & Rebalance Program participants or Thrive Members with care already underway.
