2026 Cancellation Policy:
All new patients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This policy allows us to respect our providers’ time and offer availability to other patients who may be waiting for care. Same-day cancellations or no-shows for new patients will result in the full appointment fee being charged to the card on file. For current patients, no-shows will be charged a $25 appointment fee or the full price of the scheduled wellness service, where applicable.
