If you are specifically interested in GLP1 for any of these vs using other weight loss options or having hormone packages and HRT please use this area to select appointment.

Do you have an imbalanced gut? In person visit will be needed for lab draw, this may be done at the consultation or after with a separate appt.

IV hydration can take 45-60mins, during this visit an IV with be placed into a vein, you will have the opportunity to lay back and rest for the time, you may add on additional aesthetics services to be performed while you wait.
IM injections available; B complex, NAD+, semorelin an FDA approved peptide, MIC - Lipotropic B12, glutathione.
For IV hydration, patient's with congestive heart failure or moderate to severe renal impairment are contraindicated for this service.

An in person visit will be required for labs, this may be done after the initial consultation or in conjunction with the consultation. Routine lab monitoring every 3-6 months for titrating dosing may be necessary.

Microneedling gives a vibrant result to your skin with improved texture, tone, pigmentation, and glow with collagen boosting cellular controlled injury through the process of microneedling the skin. Neurotoxin: currently available Botox cosmetic, dysport, Xeomin, and daxxify. $12/unit with the exception of discussed treatment plans such as the lip flip, masseter muscles, trapezius muscles, and axillary for hyperhidrosis.

Feeling unwell. Let's discuss your symptoms and provide a treatment plan. Prescriptions to your pharmacy can be ran through your insurance. This is a cash based service fee to the clinician vs insurance covered appt. Please note this is not an urgent care or emergency department, but a licensed Nurse Practitioner with the expertise to do an exam and provide prescriptions based on findings. If you are short of breath, having chest pain, lethargic, worst headache of your life, or other concerning or potentially life threatening symptoms please seek emergency care as these are not appropriate symptoms to be seen here. This nurse practitioner only sees ages 13 and up and may treat URI, sinus infections, nausea/vomiting, headaches, skin rashes, mild wounds, various other skin conditions like athlete's foot, eczema, you may also be able to get prescription refills if you are unable to get into your primary clinician in a timely manner, for example- asthma medications, but will not have prescription narcotics sent in as those need to be managed with the original prescriber. Please also note we do not have XRAY and our cash labs may take days to result.

As the weight comes off remember to add services to support your journey such as cavitation to support lymphatic drainage or RF laser lipolysis for skin support, or chemical peels for a refreshed look, microneedling to support collagen to rebuild naturally.
