We empower families to better understand their child’s learning, sensory, and behavioral needs. Our educational consults/services are designed to help children thrive across home, school, and community settings through a functional, whole-child approach. All services are available virtually. We (All Hands In) is a direct pay provider with Step Up
HOW TO BOOK
All Step Up services are requested through the Education Market Assistant (EMA) platform or can be booked for self pay through the ONLINE BOOKING button only under “PEP Families”.
Step 1: Log into your EMA account
Access your EMA portal associated with your Step Up scholarship and select Choice Navigator services.
Step 2: Search for our business
Search for All Hands In Supporting Neurodiverse Development and select our business listing.
Step 3: Choose the appropriate option
- Request the Intake Consultation to begin Behavioral Consults- Choice Navigator $100- This step is required prior to scheduling follow-up behavioral consults.
- If already completed an intake and your child is following up then request Choice Navigator $75 behavioral/eomtional/sensory consult
- For PEP annual testing only-Choice Navigator – $50 Testing only – includes 1 assessment (math or reading) and email results
- If additional assessments are needed, they must be selected separately at $25 each
- PEP annual testing and more! - Choice Navigator – $125 Testing + results appointment + educational summary + recommendation letter
- If additional assessments are needed, they must be selected separately at $25 each
Step 4: Appointment Confirmed
After completing Steps 1–3 in EMA, you may either wait for our team to contact you or submit an appointment request through our online booking page.
Appointments requested without a completed EMA request will be used with cards on file instead of scholarship funds.
Step 5: After the intake
After services are provided and documentation is completed, approval is finalized through EMA. Behavioral consults will receive a personalized summary with practical strategies, next steps, and guidance for ongoing support if appropriate. Testing services receive summary and/or documentation based on the service chosen.
Step 6: Ongoing support and scheduling
If continued services are recommended, you may request additional sessions through EMA and then schedule via online booking or by calling our office if not already scheduled at the end of your visit.
