Book a 15 min Discovery Call
There is a $25 fee to book a discovery call, the fee will be applied toward the full consultation if patient decide to move forward.
For Mental Health Service we accept the following insurance:

We do not accept insurance for the follow services: Medicalweight-loss & hormone optimization.
We do not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans or Medicaid
Initial Lab work are required if booking an initial consultation for HRT or Medical Weight Loss. We do not accept outside labs.
Patients may opt to bill their insurance for laboratory tests.
Please note: that any lab services not covered by insurance are the patient’s responsibility.
We do offer a discounted comprehensive lab panel through Rupa Health for $199
