Appointment Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Wellness Rx MedSpa you agree to pay the fee indicated for the service that has been scheduled.
To ensure you receive the personalized attention you deserve, all visits are by appointment only.

While we don’t accept insurance, we offer flexible payments options: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, HSA/FSA, credit/debit cards.
Financing options include -- > Cherry Financing and Care Credit.
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. A full assessment will be provided before treatment begins.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to keep your deposit.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the deposit and require a new one to rebook.
