When you book your new patient appointment, you're scheduling your lab visit first. This allows us to have your results ready for your visit,  so your appointment is spent on your care plan, not waiting on numbers.
Once your labs drawn,  our team will schedule your new patient evaluation. Most patients are seen within 5–10 days of their lab visit.

This visit is the foundation of everything we do at Venture Wellness. Before any recommendations are made, we want to take the time to understand the full picture: your symptoms, history, and goals. Your care plan is built around your body, not a template.

Before enrolling in any of our ongoing care programs, all new patients complete a comprehensive intake appointment with our board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. This isn't a routine checkup, it's a thorough, systems-based evaluation designed to uncover the root causes behind what you've been experiencing and build a personalized foundation for your care.

Using a functional-first approach, your provider will assess your hormonal health, adrenal tolerance, metabolic function, inflammation, gut health, lifestyle and behavioral patterns and overall vitality addressing the patterns behind symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, irritability,  brain fog, poor sleep, low libido, and digestive disruption.
Your intake includes:

• A comprehensive initial visit with your board-certified provider
• Targeted lab orders and functional evaluation based on your health history and goals
• A personalized care plan including supplement and/or prescriptions with a clear path to ongoing optimization and medical oversight. 

Ready to move forward? Upon completion of your initial visit, you'll be invited to enroll in the program that best fits your goals and lifestyle.

If you prefer to bill labs through your insurance, a $150 credit will be applied toward your program enrollment.

Follow up visits: Includes dose titration, administration technique, Side effect Management, follow up lab review, and addition and management of complementary medications/supplements, review of symptom progress 

A Drop-In Appointment is for patients who are not on a Venture Wellness plan but need a one-time follow-up for medication adjustments, lab reviews, paperwork, or other care.
Ongoing treatment, medication titration, and ongoing optimization are only available through our plans.
If you require continued care, enrolling in a plan is the only way to ensure comprehensive support and priority scheduling
