Please note, your payment information is required to reserve appointment times. As stated in our Clinical Policy, this card will only be charged a $50 Fee if you fail to cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This is to cut back on "No Call, No Shows," and make plenty of room on the calendar for patients who value our services.
