Welcome to RIZE Center! We are currently accepting new patients for psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Telehealth appointments are available throughout Connecticut, with in-person appointments available in Stamford. We accept HUSKY Health/Medicaid and Medicare Part B. Additional insurance plans are coming soon. Self-pay appointments are also available.
