Please Note: All of our services have a short alpha-numerical pre-fix in front of the service name. This is an internal code used by the practice to help group and alphabetize our services, so that they are listed in a logical order. They bear no meaning for the actual service itself.
For Primary Care Visits
For Any Regular Office Appointments - select the service based on how much Time you would like with the Provider, making sure the word "Level" is in the Title. This includes:
-- Focused Visits for a Specific Health Concern
-- Same-day Sick Visit
-- Or evaluation for advanced IV therapies, such as Ozone or High-Dose Vitamin C
For Annual Wellness Appointments (yearly physical check) - select the service based on Age, making sure the words "ANNUAL WELLNESS" are in the Title.
If your selection it not correct, no worries! We can update it appropriately during your visit.
For Ozone Therapy & High-Does Vitamin C
Pre-qualifying labs are Are required, as well as a standard 30 minute intake visit
If you're interested in these services as a NEW Patient, please select the following service:

For Most Nutrient IVs
Pre-qualifying labs are Not required, which allows us to onboard you to the practice in about 15 minutes and provide your IV the same day! This includes:
-- Normal Saline
-- Myers' Cocktail
-- Glutathione (no more than 2g)
-- NAD+
