Booking Fee Policy
A $25 deposit per child is required when scheduling. This:
Is applied to your visit cost;
Becomes non-refundable if cancelled;
Will be retained in your account and applied if rescheduled (not cancelled)
Because our mobile schedule is route-based, cancellations cannot easily be filled. Your deposit reserves your time.
After-Hours Convenience Charges
Flexible scheduling is available beyond traditional hours:
Evening visits (after 5:30 PM through 8:00 PM): $50 added convenience charge
Night Owl visits (after 9:00 PM): $100 added convenience charge
Travel Charge (In-Home Visits)
