Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee being applied if they are cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment.
If cancelling less than 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment, we charge a fee of 20% cost of scheduled appointment.
If you do not contact us, and no show your appointment, full price is charged of appointment scheduled.
To ensure your full appointment, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time.
