Existing Patients: For Step 3, click "Already a Client." Do not enter information as this will create a duplicate patient file.
Please note: a valid credit card is required to be on file for fees, including no-shows, late cancellations, and patient responsibility from insurance (deductibles, co-insurance and non-covered services)
