To comply with state regulations, all appointments are required to be completed via video. If you are unable to participate by video, we will be happy to assist you with rescheduling. Please contact our office, and we’ll help find another appointment time that works for you.

Please be advised that a non-refundable $40 consultation fee will be collected. However, if you qualify for our services, this fee will be applied toward your first monthly payment.
