-When you are potential new client, seeking weight loss or hormone replacement, please choose the free weight-loss consult or free hormone replacement. If you have had labs in the last three months (from your PCP) your provider at Sunset Weight and Wellness MUST have those labs in the portal prior to your first appointment for review, we do not have the ability to request your records. For weight loss, LABS NEED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: CBC, CMP, A1C, TSH, and LIPID Panel. IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD LABS DO NOT FRET, we have a very easy and affordable option and will order those labs at this free weight-loss consult (typically the full panel is $65-75, the patient is responsible for the cost of labs and can be paid online at the appointment). For hormone replacement therapy, these labs will vary greatly depending on individualized needs.
-If you have had your 15 min appointment please book the Initial Weight-Loss Apt 30-45 min appointment. At this appointment, your provider will review your labs, and then help you decide on how to achieve your weight loss goals. We will discuss your meal plans, calories, macros, exercise, and address any other weight related concerns at this visit. We will also order your medications and have them shipped straight to your door. A monthly supply of medications is approximately $300 for Semaglutide other medications are more expensive such as the Tirzepatide but still at a discounted price.
-If you have done all of the above, and you are here for your weekly/monthly appointment, please select the Weekly Check In's to book your appropriate slot. This visit is 15 min, we will review your food log, make adjustments to medications and answer any your questions. This visit is free of charge, when you have paid your monthly subscription of $300 (done at the previous visit) for Semaglutide.
