Services and appointment availability may vary based on your location and the type of care needed. Telehealth appointments are available to eligible patients in states where the provider is licensed. You must be physically located in an eligible state at the time of your telehealth appointment.

We require a valid credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee.
