• Appointment Availability: Please select an available appointment date and time that works best for you.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation and refund policies apply.

• Patient Location: You must be physically located in a state where your provider is authorized to practice at the time of your appointment.

• Medical Emergencies: Telehealth appointments are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.
