Please note a $75 deposit is required for all appointments with the exception of lab appointments, and membership visits. Be sure to book an appointment at a time you are available and add it to your calendar.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your card will be charged this fee as outlined in policy and procedures. If you No-show your appointment you will be billed the full amounts of the appointment, to the card on file. Please refer to Policies and Procedures for more information.
