For clients using insurance, benefits must be verified before the appointment can be confirmed. Your appointment will be CANCELED if documents are not received at least 24 hours prior.
Please ensure your insurance information is current, as clients are responsible for copays, deductibles, and any non-covered fees.
A credit card on file is required to hold your appointment; a $75 fee applies to no-shows. Will Charge Only if you Do Not Cancel 24-48 hours prior . Late arrivals may be Rescheduled.
Long-term benzodiazepine or stimulant prescriptions require assessment and documentation of medical necessity.Patient Communication Policy

Portal messages are reviewed during normal business hours. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.- If you have not received a response within 48 business hours, you may send a text message during business hours as a follow-up.
