All appointments must be confirmed by phone with our office staff. If we can’t reach you within 48 hours of scheduling, your online appointment will be canceled.

20-minute follow-up appointments are for stable, well-managed patients in need of a medication refill only.

If you require medication adjustments/changes, please choose a 30-minute follow-up.

If you would like therapy with your follow-up, please choose 50 minutes.
