Services and medications provided are cash based. No insurance is accepted for services.  We do accept all major credit cards and HSA cards . 
Prices can vary depending on current market prices that compounding pharmacies provide us with. We do try to provide the best pricing for medications along with high quality care! (current pricing will always be reflected in the prices listed).
