Welcome! Scheduling Your Functional Medicine Visit
All appointments are conducted by secure telehealth (video visit) through my HIPAA-compliant electronic health record. After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a secure link to join your visit. Please note: Telehealth visits are available for patients who are physically located in Minnesota or Wisconsin at the time of their appointment.

This complimentary video visit is an opportunity for us to briefly meet, discuss your health goals, answer questions about my approach, and determine whether we're a good fit before moving forward with a comprehensive consultation. Discovery visits are reserved exclusively for prospective new patients considering care. If you're unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible so another patient may use this appointment time.
Initial Functional Medicine Consultation (70–90 minutes)
All new patients begin with a comprehensive initial consultation. During this visit, we'll take an in-depth look at your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, previous testing, and goals so we can begin identifying the root causes of your concerns and develop a personalized plan.
Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up appointments are available only for established patients who have completed an initial consultation. Most follow-up visits are either 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your care and what we need to review. Your first follow-up appointment is often scheduled for 60 minutes.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with a consultation fee, you will be asked to provide a credit card to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent after your visit. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled visit cost.
Please note: Service fees are scheduled to increase effective November 1st, 2026. Updated pricing will apply to appointments scheduled on or after the effective date. I will honor current rates for patients already established before November through the end of the year
