If you are a new client, you'll receive a confirmation email containing links to electronic intake/consent forms to complete before your first meeting. If you schedule a telehealth appointment, you will also receive the link for your telehealth session. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. The email will likely come from [email protected] or [email protected].
When you schedule your appointment, payment will be collected. Please note that if you need to cancel, you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment in order to receive a full refund.
Please note that all appointments are currently conducted remotely, except for acupuncture.
