Dr. Maria Boorman is no longer taking new patients unless directly referred by a family member or another medical practitioner. Dr. Patrick Callas will now be seeing new patients but will be actively consulting with Dr. Boorman on all patient care. If you are interested in becoming a new patient of Dr. Callas or have been directly referred to Dr. Boorman please register as a prospective patient by clicking on the following link:

Once we have received your information we will contact you to book a 60 minute first visit in the next available spot. The current wait is 2 weeks for a new patient visit with Dr. Callas and up to 6 months to see Dr. Boorman. 

If you are an existing patient please scroll down to search for the length of appointment you would like to book. If you cannot find any availability in the next 2 weeks please contact the office as we reserve urgent spots for existing patients in the schedule.
