All visits are live, secure video visits with a board-certified nurse practitioner. After you book, you will receive intake forms and a lab order. Please get your labs drawn as soon as possible after booking, at least 3 days before your visit so we can review them together.

Need to reschedule? Please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a $50 late-cancellation fee.
