Follow up visit

Progress Review: We will discuss any changes you’ve noticed in your symptoms or mood since your last visit, and evaluate the effectiveness of your current treatment plan.
Medication Management: If you are on prescribed medications, we will assess how they are working for you, review any side effects, and make adjustments if necessary.
Therapeutic Support: We will continue to address any emotional or psychological concerns you may have, offering psychotherapy alongside medication management to promote your overall wellbeing.
Ongoing Care: We will plan your next steps, including scheduling any additional follow-up visits or adjusting your treatment goals as needed.

New Patient intake
