Sessions last about 5-10 minutes. Cold Plunge can help with muscle soreness, inflammation, exercise recovery, fat burning, and more. You will feel chilled to the core while in the cold plunge and anyone who has temperature sensitivity should consider whether cold plunge is right for you.

Please bring the following items:
  • Bathing suit or board shorts

Compression Therapy - Single Session

Sessions last about 30 minutes. Compression therapy will decrease inflammation in your lower extremities. You will feel a decrease in soreness and your post-exercise recovery time will be reduced. Please let the staff know if you have a history of blood clots or DVT.

For information about our Unlimited Compression Membership, please ask the staff during your compression session.
Sessions last about 5 minutes. Feel the ultimate chill with our whole body cryotherapy. Cryo will help with fat burning, muscle soreness, energy production, sleep, and more. You will feel very cold while in the cryotherapy chamber and anyone who has temperature sensitivity should consider whether cold plunge is right for you.

Sessions last about 20 minutes. Red light is good for smoothing your skin by increasing collagen production. You will experience better sleep due to the increase in melatonin production. Red light can also help decrease wound healing time, promote healthy aging, and decrease inflammation. Expect to feel energized afterwards. DO NOT apply any tanning or creams to skin prior to your session, this is not a tanning bed.

For information about our Unlimited Red Light Membership, please ask the staff during your red light session.
Sessions last about 30 minutes. You can expect to feel energized and hot when you are finished with your session. Please do not enter the sauna after adding anything to your skin aimed at promoting sweating such as topical products like Icy Hot. Be sure to drink plenty of water during your session to promote detoxification and ensure you stay amply hydrated.
