Your journey to wellness begins here, whether you’re choosing a one-time comprehensive visit or enrolling in our membership-based program. During your initial appointment with a Medical Mavens expert, we begin laying the foundation for your care. We carefully review all intake forms, provide initial education, explore membership options, and assist you in scheduling a comprehensive consult with one of our providers.

During your comprehensive consult, you and your provider will review your health history and goals and collaborate on an initial treatment plan with education tailored to your individual needs. When appropriate, laboratory testing may be utilized to gain deeper clinical insight and further optimize your care. Follow-up recommendations will be discussed, and if you are enrolled in a membership, future appointments will be scheduled and member benefits will begin.

If you decide to move forward with a Medical Mavens membership, the $199 paid for these initial visits will be applied directly toward your membership, essentially serving as your first month’s payment. You’ll leave this process with clarity, direction, and clear next steps toward optimal health and hormone harmony. Now that you’re enrolled in our blueprint membership program, this initial appointment marks the next important step on your path to better health. During your visit with a Medical Mavens expert, we’ll review your intake forms in detail, create a personalized laboratory testing plan, and provide initial education tailored to your goals.

We’ll also assist you in scheduling your follow-up appointment with one of our providers to review your lab results and develop a customized treatment plan designed specifically for you.

Provider Follow-Up Visit (scheduled after your Intake/Assessment and Comprehensive Consult) $ 299.00

*This appointment is for non-members, and is included in your membership.

This provider follow-up appointment is designed to provide you with personalized care and support on your journey to better health once you have completed your Intake/Assessment and Comprehensive Consultation.

During this visit, you will have met with our patient care coordinator, who assisted you in completing medical intake forms. This step ensures that we have a thorough understanding of your medical history, symptoms, and concerns.

After the intake process, you will have met with the provider and received a requisition form for comprehensive lab testing, covering various functional medicine tests like thyroid function, hormone levels, blood sugar, and more. These tests offer valuable insights into your overall health and aid in identifying any underlying issues associated with your symptoms. This personalized approach ensures that you receive the most effective and tailored treatment plan.

Once your lab results are available, you are able to get scheduled for a follow-up appointment. During this visit, your provider will review your lab results with you in detail and discuss a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. Any recommendations for necessary prescriptions or supplements will also be provided during this appointment.
