  • Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Our team will review your request and send a confirmation within 30 minutes.

  • Our mobile clinic is equipped to treat non-life-threatening conditions such as minor injuries, illnesses, and other urgent care needs.
  • For life-threatening emergencies (chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing), call 911 or visit the nearest ER immediately.

3. Insurance and Payment Policies:

  • We DO NOT accept most major insurance plans. Be prepared to upload your credit card during booking.
  • Full payment is required at the time of service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

5. Arrival Time and Preparation:

  • A clinician will arrive at your location during your scheduled appointment window. Please ensure a safe and private space for care.
  • Have your ID and a list of medications ready for review.

6. COVID-19 and Infection Control:

  • Our team follows strict hygiene and infection control protocols for your safety. If you suspect you have COVID-19, please mention it during booking for appropriate precautions.
