We do not accept health insurance. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA funds.  We cannot guarantee that all HSA funds will be approved so we recommend you contact your HSA/FSA provider before your initial visit.

A complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if you would like to work with one of our holistic doctors.
Adult Initial Visit 90 Min
A new patient consult with on of our holistic doctors.  In this 90-minute in-office visit, we will discuss your health concerns and come up with an individualized holistic treatment plan tailored to your health goals.
Pediatric Initial Visit 60 Min
A new pediatric patient consult with one of our holistic doctors.  In this 60-minute in-office visit, we will discuss your child's health concerns and come up with an individualized holistic treatment plan tailored to your child's health needs.
Acute Pain New Patient Consult 45 Min
A new patient consult with Donald Spears, ND, MSOM.  In this 45-min office visit, we will assess your pain and treat it with perineural injection therapy, acupuncture, moxibustion and/or bodywork as indicated.
Return Visit 60-minute 60 Min
A consultation for return patients with one of our holistic doctors.
Short Return Visit: 30-Minutes 30 Min
A short consultation for return patients that would like a check-in with one of our holistic doctors.
New Client (Non-Colorado Resident) Virtual Consult 90 Min
A new client (that lives outside of Colorado) virtual consult with Shannon Curtis, ND.  In this 90-minute virtual visit, we will discuss your health concerns and come up with an individualized holistic treatment plan tailored to your health goals.
Return Out-of-State Client Virtual Consult 60 Min
