Weight Loss - Existing Patient, Follow Up 15 Min $ 50.00

Follow up for existing weight loss patients. If it has been longer than 6 months since your last appointment, please choose the New Patient option.

Hair Loss 30 Min $ 50.00

Jesus Juice Shot 30 Min $ 150.00

Sick Visit 30 Min $ 60.00

This is an acute care tele visit.

Peptides 30 Min $ 50.00

This is an over the phone visit. $50 deposit goes towards package of choice.
