Deposit Information:
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service. If you’re not a candidate for the service, don’t worry – your deposit can be refunded or applied to a different treatment.
Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and we completely understand! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a $50 missed appointment fee. (For Monday appointments, please cancel by 3 PM on the preceding Friday.)
Weight Management Patients:
Due to the extended appointment time, weight management sessions require one week’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than a week in advance will incur a $300 fee.
Payment and Credit Card on File:
All clients are required to keep a credit card on file. Payment is due before any further treatment or supplement purchase.
