Payment & Booking Policy
 
To reserve your appointment time, a non-refundable $10 deposit is required for all new patient visits and all patients must have a card on file.
 
Deposits are paid by debit or credit card and must be completed before you are seen.
 
Your deposit is applied toward your first visit and helps us hold dedicated time for your care.
 
All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
 
Intake forms must be completed prior to your visit to confirm your spot.
 
After booking, you’ll receive two separate emails:
1. Your intake and consent forms
2. Your invoice to pay the $10 deposit
 
Please complete both promptly — your appointment will not be held without these completed steps.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
 
We respect your time — and that of every patient we serve. To keep scheduling fair and flexible:
 
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a 50% late-cancel fee.
 
No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
 
We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain timely access for those in need of care.
