We understand that unexpected situations arise, and schedules sometimes need to change. Out of respect for our providers and other clients, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee, at the discretion of the provider.
No-call/no-show appointments may also result in a $25 fee, determined by the provider.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full payment of the service upfront or a larger deposit to reserve future appointments.
